What should I expect during my Instant Beauty Makeover / Permanent Makeup procedure?
- Upon arrival you will be handed a consent form for review which is to be completed and approved with your signature. If you did this electronically, before your arrival, you will surpass this step.
- Your skin will be cleansed with an alcohol wipe.
- You will be asked to either sit, stand or lay down and mapping will begin. Mapping is when we measure and draw to create an outline and shape prior to the start of applying the Permanent Makeup (microblading, ombre brows, powder brows, lip blushing, eyeliner etc.).
- For Brow work, any excess natural hair that sits outside of the mapping lines will be shaved or plucked.
- You will be asked to look in the mirror as we agree on the shape that has been outlined for you. Adjustments can be made at this point. Once you agree with the shape, numbing begins!
- You will be numbed for 15-20 minutes with a very small amount of topical lidocaine so it is important to ensure you have no allergies to lidocaine. If you do, we will proceed without numbing.
- It’s now time to begin your Instant Beauty Makeover / Permanent Makeup!
- The entire process (from mapping to the end of service) can last anywhere between 2 and 4 hours.
How should I prepare for my Instant Beauty Makeover / Permanent Makeup procedure?
- Be prepared to stay off your cellphone, work phone, laptop etc. for several hours.
- Arrive with a fresh face, no makeup. Otherwise you will be asked to remove the makeup.
- Receive approval from your doctor if you have any skin or blood related medical conditions and/or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment. This can cause blood to loosen which makes it can affect the outcome of the work.
- Do not consume caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. This can cause blood to loosen which can affect the outcome of the work.
- Do not take any blood thinning medications (ie. Tylenol) for at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. This can cause blood to loosen which can affect the outcome of the work.

How old do I have to be to receive your services?
